Anuhea Spring Tour 2013

Hawaiian pop star ANUHEA (pronounced ah-new-hey-ah) launches stateside kicking off her first headline tour on March 5 in California. A triple threat of brains, beauty and boldness, Anuhea blends engaging lyrics, acoustic soul, pop, rap and reggae into a style that has earned her a reputation as Hawaii's #1 female artist.
A self-taught guitarist and songwriter, her honest and revealing lyrics have endeared her to fans worldwide. A modern day musician, she has managed to sell over 500,000 digital downloads and over 100,000 physical albums without major label sponsorship. Touring incessantly, she played over 200 shows last year and is currently the most played artist on the radio in Hawaii. Anuhea also enjoys the distinction of being specifically requested to perform for His Holiness, the Dalai Lama.
This month, Anuhea is in Jamaica teaming up with vocalist Tarrus Riley to film the video of their new single “Only Man In The World”. The song debuted at #6 on Billboard's World Music chart and peaked at #4 on the iTunes Reggae Chart.
As Anuhea’s mainland popularity continues to grow the future is bright for this Maui songbird. Determination, passion, optimism and raw talent are the foundations for the success that is to come.
